As a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), Brian continues to develop mastery based online accredited continuing education courses for the industry. His course on best appraisal practices, "Better Safe Than Sorry," had been published as a text book, and is being taught by Hondros Learning. It had also been adopted and was offered as an accredited continuing education course by more than 50 independent schools nationwide.
